Jun 25, The Negative Calorie Diet is it a healthy diet?

What is the whole idea about the Negative Calorie Diet?

Let?s say you eat an apple. The apple you eat has 80 calories. The digestion process of the apple burns up 100 calories. The result:

You have a negative calorie effect of (minus) -20 Calories

The result = Natural weight loss with healthy eating.

1.) What are negative calories?

? Negative calories are those which the body needs energy (calories) in order to obtain them from your food. So in short your body uses calories to obtain calories and you don?t end up with excessive calories that can be transformed into fat.

2.) The thermal effect of food

? Hot spicy foods use energy to digest called the thermal effect.

3.) Content of food

? Food is known to be composed by protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins and minerals. The vitamins contained in foods stimulate the body to produce enzymes that breakdown the food into its different components and also calories.

These are some aspects to keep in mind when thinking about the negative calorie diet.

The theory sounds good and logical. However there is very little scientific research to backup this theory.

What to eat:

Although there is no scientific prove of the negative calorie diet, eating with the right combination vegetables, fruits and protein food (meat, eggs, etc.) is definitely a good thing to consider. And don?t forget to supplement your diet with Aloe Vera.
